Sarah E. Waguespack

Sarah E. Waguespack is an associate attorney with Brown Weimer, LLC, where she practices succession and estate law, family law, mental health law, and general civil litigation.

Sarah joined the firm following her graduation from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and was admitted to practice law in Louisiana in 2025. During law school, she received the Asterisk Award for the Highest Grade in Legal Research and Writing I and Title Examination. She also worked throughout law school as a law clerk at a title company and law firm in Metairie, where she gained experience drafting estate planning and succession documents and assisting with client succession matters. Prior to attending law school, Sarah earned her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Louisiana State University in 2021.

Sarah was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. In her time outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending yoga and Pilates classes, reading, and checking out new restaurants, festivals, and events around the city.
